Pre-trip planning, planned

Two sleeps before we leave for Japan. Elwyn is so excited -- between his first day in Grade 1 and this trip -- he was almost levitating in his bed before going to sleep tonight. Alden wanted to know if he can pee standing up in Japan.

We have the general itinerary worked out. Two days in Tokyo (1 night in Narita, 1 night in Shibuya), train out to Atami (Izu Hanto) for 1 night, back to Yokohama for 3 nights, then to bullet train to Kyoto for three nights before returning to Tokyo for the flight home.

Pretty much have all the details done. I've made little ID cards for the boys, so they can communicate more independently with people.

Awww too cute! Elwyn looks as though he can hardly contain himself! Awww....thought he made a mistake on his passport by smiling! But it's his i.d card. Cute! Have fun!

Trust you to make ID cards. Who else would be so organized?
